Anatoly Khen
Captus is led by Anatoly Khen, Co-founder and CEO, with a proven background in product and go-to-market strategy across leading AI and technology organizations. He brings deep experience from past roles at innovative companies including Revelen.ai, Axon, Paylocity, and VIEVU. With an Executive MBA from MIT, Anatoly blends rigorous academic frameworks with practical operational expertise to solve complex systemic issues within the construction industry. He recognizes that owner returns are fundamentally eroded by preventable risk and has focused Captus exclusively on solving this upstream visibility problem.
Jonathan Kruljac
Jonathan Kruljac is Co-founder and President of Captus, with past roles at Oracle, Axon and Microsoft. Before construction, he deployed enterprise software and hardware into some of the most demanding public safety organizations in the country, including the NYPD and the San Diego County Sheriff's Office, where a system performs under pressure or it gets pulled. Jonathan and Anatoly have shipped together for over a decade, and the public safety years gave Captus two of its habits: build for the operator who depends on the output, and adopt and iterate fast. Outside work he is a licensed pilot and flies a Cirrus SR22.
Evana Gizzi
Evana Gizzi is Chief Technology Officer at Captus. She joined from NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, where she spent six years and led the Space Autonomy Research Lab as Artificial Intelligence Research Lead. Her team built RAISR, software that lets a spacecraft work out which of its systems have failed and correct them in real time, and OnAIR, an open-source onboard AI platform NASA missions have run on satellites, drones and robots. Evana holds a PhD in AI from Tufts and is an MBA candidate in the MIT Sloan Fellows program. She has spent her career teaching machines to figure things out when the nearest human is millions of miles away, and now leads the predictive engine at the core of Captus.

Alley (Tong) Wu
Alley is a Founding AI Engineer at Captus.ai, where she designs the agentic systems that turn fragmented data into clear and actionable outcomes. She works across the full stack of the platform, from retrieval and reasoning to front-end UI on which our customers rely every day. She is drawn to problems where messy, real-world data meets complex engineering and focuses on making the agent both accurate and useful in the field. Detail-oriented and fast to adapt, she's at her best taking a product from zero to one. Outside of Captus, Alley is an avid photographer with an eye for capturing nature at its most authentic, and she brings that same curiosity to everything new, whether it's a dish, a drink, or her next adventure.

Khanak Agrawal
Khanak Agrawal is a Founding AI Engineer at Captus.ai. She graduated from the University of Washington with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, along with a minor in Business and Interdisciplinary Honors. Khanak joined Captus as an intern the year before she graduated, became a part-time engineer soon after, and stepped into a founding role by the time she finished school — a path that's let her wear just about every hat along the way. She's built complex infrastructure and worked across the stack, from backend and technical architecture to frontend UI/UX and has worked directly with customers to help shape where the product goes next. Off the clock, she's usually deep in a fragrance rabbit hole; she once built an AI perfume recommender just to feed the habit.
